Bicyclist struck by vehicle on Texas Street

SAN DIEGO -; A bicyclist who was hit by a vehicle Wednesday night at an intersection in University Heights was transported to Scripps Mercy Hospital with life-threatening injuries, a San Diego Fire-Rescue Department dispatcher said.
